Green jobs, within renewable energy- This workshop lists the different types of jobs within renewable energy, and explains them in further and concise detail. It shows the different types of jobs available in renewable energy, and how it is a growing field.

British Columbia’s Present and Future Involvement in Renewable Energy- This workshop talks about British Columbia’s current involvement in renewable energy (Solar and wind), and the potential for the future of renewable energy with homes and businesses in BC. Also, this workshop will give examples of the viability of solar in today’s landscape.

So What’s the Problem?- The Burst of the Carbon Bubble-
This Workshop will talk about how the fossil fuel industry is becoming less-and-less viable and the issues that lie ahead with fossil fuels. Also, there will be a discussion on the continuing environmental disasters that come from fossil fuels.

Why should Kwantlen Divest?- This workshop explains what divestment is, what are the benefits of divesting out, and how this campaign can affect students, the school, and the overall community. This workshop will be run by the Kwantlen Public Interest Research Group.
